Liz Pocknell, Director, CV Technic

Liz has a passion for helping people to achieve their full potential through a powerful CV. Each CV is individually written to match the skills and personality of the client. She works both face to face and via email.


Liz created CV Technic Ltd in 1999 having spent several years selling consultancy with BT International, in technical recruitment and as a Career Coach. She works now with career coaches and recruitment agencies supplying specialist CVs, Practice Interviews and CV Critique.

Her background is technical, having gained an honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kings College, London University. Her technical career has spanned Engineering, Proposals, Training, IT Application Support and documentation for a number of corporates and small businesses in the IT, Telecomms, Retail, Recruitment, Leisure and Consultancy sectors.

Liz also carries out a small number of training assignments in MS Office applications for individual clients and small businesses. Liz is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), Member of the Institution of Engineering Technology (MIET), and Associate of Kings College (AKC), Member of UKAPMP.

Liz works with clients both in the UK and internationally, with clients from New Zealand, Thailand, Canada, Middle East and Europe.
